Governance, Leadership and Management
The College transfers its vision & mission through various programs & activities such as NSS Sports, Career Guidance etc. This vision is pursued by the administration of the college and efficient governance through inspired leadership. College has prepared a handbook for a code of conduct. E-Governance exists in all aspects of administration. Governance, Leadership and Management in the college are democratic and participatory where students and staff members are decision-makers. Administrative and academic committees, the principal, faculty members, office staff and IQAC work together to ensure the smooth functioning of the college.
The aim of the college is to give holistic education and prepare citizens who are committed to the nation and sensitive to the needs of society and have moral uprightness and strength.
Faculty Development Programs, seminars, workshops are organized every year. Online courses have been conducted via zoom, Google meet during COVID period by our institute.
The staff Council and various committees’ function in union. Representation from Government, University, alumni, parents, eminent citizens and senior staff members in different bodies ensure interaction with all stakeholders. The Principal and the Chairperson of the various committees actively take part in the working of the college. Principal along with the CDC committee plays a leading role in the governance of the college.
The performance of teaching and nonteaching staff is assessed through a self-appraisal System. All of the staff members whose performances are good, are awarded with incentives. A staff member with good performance is awarded with ‘Tulsi GRatna’ in terms of amount of 11000 along with facilitation. In each year financial support is granted to faculty in terms of duty leave for attending conference, seminar, workshop, symposium and training program. Budget is sanctioned to every department at the start of each academic Year.
The college celebrates each & every staff member’s birthday. From peon to Principal, each staff member’s birthday is
celebrated in college campus to make them feel familiar.
