College has registered an Alumni association in 2020 for building a strong bond between alumni, current students & college management. Although the association was established in the year 2020, before that the college was tied with Alumni. An association is registered under society act XXI of 1860 in the office of charity commissioner, Beed. Alumni meetings and various programs are arranged from time to time to maintain a strong bond with the students. Its feedback and suggestions help the college authorities to enhance the quality of education.

Alumni can register themselves by filling out a Google form. Registration Google form link is available on the college website. The college is continuously in contact with most of its alumni through various WhatsApp groups. The use of the college website and WhatsApp group is done to encourage the alumni to register themselves in the association. It helps the alumni residing in different parts of Maharashtra to associate themselves with the college.

            Alumni of Tulsi College of Computer Science & Information Technology, work in a diverse range of areas like Information Technology, software development, software testing, database management, banking, education, finance, public service, politics, etc. A lot of alumni are entrepreneurs, they have their own  businesses. The majority of students and alumni are from socially and economically backward classes. Alumni attend various functions in the college, such as annual gatherings, flag-hoisting ceremonies, etc. Most of them contribute to college through various intellectual services like guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and career guidance.

            Alumni entrepreneurs  guide how to start up a new business and turn students from job seekers to job providers which ultimately helps students in starting their businesses.

            The main objectives of the alumni association are as follows:

  1. To raise funds by undertaking various activities.
  2. To arrange career guidance, guest lectures, and workshops for current students.
  3. To help alumni to maintain a strong bond with their college and contribute towards the development of the institution.
  4. To establish as a role model and inspiration for the current students.
  5. To get feedback from the Alumni periodically and contribute towards the development of the institution.
  6. To organize & coordinate reunion activities of Alumni.
  7. To share information helpful to build a career with other Alumni.

            Activities and contributions of the Alumni Association:

  1. Alumni give guest lectures to current students which helps students in career building.
  2. Alumni are invited to college in various meetings and they discuss curriculum revision and various curricular aspects with faculty and stakeholders

Placement:

            Alumni always extend their support in students’ placement. Alumni help current students by informing various openings in their organization. They also give references to current students which helps students getting placed.
